Purchase Considerations
VINTAGE CONDITION
All products at Folly & Fine Company are hand selected and sold as shown in their original found condition.
Imperfections and signs of wear on vintage items are not considered as defects; they are due to age and previous use; we fully appreciate preloved blemishes as they contribute to the inherent charm of buying vintage.
Hopefully you agree with us which is why you are here… but please do read the detailed descriptions and carefully examine the pictures provided prior to committing to your purchase.
Ask questions before purchasing and when in doubt, do not purchase as all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Shipping Policies
SHIPPING / DELIVERY | IN CANADA
Orders will ship via Canada Post and/or UPS.
In Canada: Orders over $150 before tax ship FREE
Orders less than $150 CAD before tax will be a flat rate of $20 CAD per order; applied at check out.
Orders will ship approx 2-3 days after order is placed & you will be notified by email.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY | TO USA
Orders will ship via Canada Post and/or UPS.
To USA: Shipping is a flat rate of $30 CAD per order;
applied at check out.
Orders will ship approx 2-3 days after order is placed & you will be notified by email.

DUTY:
Outside of Canada; there may be customs, duties and brokerage fees applied to your order via border services; these are the responsibility of the buyer and not Folly and Fine
MISSING PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY:
Once an item has been delivered it is considered the responsibility of the customer. An item that goes missing after delivery is beyond our control & it is not the responsibility of Folly & Fine to reimburse or replace in these circumstances.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Some exclusions apply on large and heavy items
Eg. Furniture & large or fragile pieces
These items may not be eligible for shipping and available for delivery or local pick up only /

If your order includes a large or heavy item(s), we may contact you regarding an additional shipping estimate OR please email hello@follyandfine.ca to arrange one of the following:
A. Arrange a Toronto pick up OR
B. Arrange an individual delivery *we frequently deliver within the GTA and schedule special trips to deliver outside the GTA
PACKAGING
We will do our best to streamline packaging and reduce waste when shipping orders by re-using & choosing recyclable materials whenever possible.
Everything we ship will be packaged in clean, dry, odour and smoke-free materials.
Return Policy
Products are sold AS FOUND. This is indicated in individual item descriptions.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If a shipped item arrives completely broken, please take pictures including the original packaging & then contact us by email within one day of delivery.
