Art Nouveau period, with characteristic styling details; flowing organic leaf forms & clam shell drip tray… piece is numbered and marked on the bottom; It looks to read:

In good salvaged condition, as found; I have not cleaned this piece and like it as is, with small blemishes & cracks to enamelware & added bracket to stem; all to be expected commensurate with age of this piece
