This is by Borgfeldt / (signed ‘MAX’) who apparently was known as a painter of game birds, painting for all the sought after decorating studios at the time; Coronet, Flambeau, Pouyat, Jean Boyer…
The blue decorator mark or ‘mark #1’ indicates this plate dates from 1906-1920 as per the Collector Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Gaston
